TEAM FEES
​Note that there is a $2/dancer early bird discount when team fees are paid by Jan 15th, 2026

Conversly, there is also a late fee of $5/dancer when team fees are paid after Feb 15th, 2026.

10% loyalty discount for repeated team routine registration in consecutive years.

SCHOLARSHIPS
& ROLLOVER CREDITS
Participants may transfer their registration to another Gotta Move! competition location in the same season at no extra charge.
All rollover credits and awarded scholarships are to be used in the same season or next consecutive season of Gotta Move! Competitions
CANCELLATIONS
& REFUNDS
Once the schedule has been finalized (12pm the Sunday Prior to the competition), only credits will be given for cancellations.
Dancers who fail to show up for their performance at a competition forfeit any chance of refund or credit.
Credits are to be used in the same or next consecutive season of Gotta Move Competitions. Credits are transferable.
