Music
Upload your music to your account on the website www.GottaMoveComeptitions.com by 1 week prior to the competition.  If you forget to upload your music, you will not have music.  It is always wise to have your music on your phone or flash drive.  To upload, login to your account and click on the blue "Upload Music" button.  You will then be only 2 clicks away from successfully attaching your dancer's music.  Once uploaded, please listen to your music to double check that it is correct by clicking on the title.  If you get stuck, simply email GottaMoveTec@gmail.com and our AMAZING TECH GUY will kindly help you out.

Awards Ceremonies
On Friday, every 30 minutes, while the Solo Duo Trio competition continues without interruption, participants, at the conclusion of each routine, will gather with their guardians in the North Hall to be honored and receive their  awards.  Several Gotta Move! Photo screens will be available for memorable picture taking.  

Overall SDT awards will be held throughout the event in the Instant Awards location
Keep watching the "Leader-Board" on the website for the hourly update of the top five overall high point dancers to know if you are in the running!!   We invite all top 5 overall winners from each skill level (Beg, Low Int, High Int, Advanced) to attend their designated announcing time to receive their award. 
Announcement times for the overall Awards are listed on the program schedule. 
Any unclaimed SDT awards can be picked up the next day at the Gotta Move merchandise table during the team competition hours.  

Saturday Team Awards will wait until the conclusion of the studio competition session.  However, every individual team participant is encouraged to choose their participation award at the Gotta Move entry merchandise table before leaving the building.  These team participation awards are available only on the day of competition, so do not forget to claim yours!

Other Business

• Printed programs will be available at the entry merchandise table for $2, (or you can download the most current updated version for free from the Gotta Move! DCG app or from our www.GottaMoveCompetitions.com website)​
• The theater will be providing concessions for you to purchase.
• Paid Parking is available in the parking garage behind the theater ($6), or free parking near/around the theater
• You will receive directions to your assigned dressing area when you check in at the front table.  Be sure to clean-up your dressing area before you leave.  Gotta Move is not responsible for lost or forgotten items
• You will receive 3 audio/video critiques per routine.  These critiques will be accessible on your account profile at www.GottaMoveCompetitions.com within a couple of days following the competition.
• Photography is allowed - no flash please!
• Video: Please be respectful of choreographers work by ONLY videoing the routines your dancer is in.  Also, please be courteous to those around you who may be recording their dancer.
• Saturday Team dancers will have their choice of participation award.  Anytime during the Saturday competition, individual dancers are invited to pick up their preferred Gotta Move award from the selection at the merchandise table in the lobby.  Table will close ONE HOUR PRIOR to the last performing number.  Please do not forget.  These awards will be available on the day of competition only.
• Individual Dancers are welcome to purchase an additional $10 participation trophy from the merchandise table as supply lasts.
• We will not be doing livestreaming this year.
